Introduction: When the world entered the Middle Ages after the ancient Greek philosopher-scientist Democritus, Aristotle, and when the golden age of knowledge-science-technology started in the hands of Khaled Ibn Yazid, Jaber Ibn Hayyan, Jafar Sadiq Rahimahullah in this middle age, the tired European scientists were in a deep sleep in the practice of science. Europe was then called the Dark Continent and this era was called the Medieval Age of Barbarism. On the other hand, when Europe woke up again and held Newton's hand, Muslim scientists fell asleep. By then the world had moved from analog to digital. However, it is not that some exceptional contributions and discoveries of Muslim scientists did not happen during such difficult times. At this time, Bangladeshi-origin Javed Karim contributed separately to the web site as the co-founder of the popular video sharing website YouTube. Many key elements of PayPal, including the real-time Internet anti-fraud system, were designed and implemented by Javed Karim as co-founder of YouTube. He co-founded the video sharing website YouTube in 2005 with Chad Hurley and Steve Chen. The first video on YouTube was Jawed Karim's, Me at the Zoo, uploaded on April 23, 2005. As a result the present human descendants even the children of Muslim families do not know the history, heritage of the glorious golden age of the medieval Muslims. As a result the title/title/tagham of medieval European barbarism is now applied to Muslims. It is said that Islam is a religion of medieval barbarism, Muslims are a medieval barbaric nation, heartless and cruelly torture Muslims, insulting the holy Islam, the Holy Prophet and the Holy Quran, the world anti Muslim society do not care today in this respect. The second great caliph of Islam, Amir al-Mu'minin, Hazrat Uthman Ibn Affan, may Allah be pleased with him, used to say: The reason for the crisis of Muslims is careless to religion, poverty cannot conquer this nation. The goals of the Summit Convening of the Summit at the level of heads of state and government is aimed at developing cooperation between the member states of the Organization in the fields of science, technology, innovation. The Summit consisted of four working sessions on the following topics: "The growing influence of science on society’s life in the 21st century," "The role of science and technology in ensuring sustainable development," "Competition and innovation in the modern economy," and "Development of cooperation in science and technology."
